People records, onboarding and offboarding
Employee, employment and document records with effective dates and history, plus onboarding and offboarding tasks you can track. Approved changes can be handed to payroll or whoever takes the next step.
Orgaro is a conversational work layer where AI handles HR work for you. People make the requests, confirm the facts and make the decisions. Within the access you grant, AI organizes the data, prepares the results, carries out the work and follows up. Your official records can stay in the systems you already use.
Organize Work. Automate Growth.「工作系統化,成長自動化。」
You can buy any package on its own and keep the systems you already have. The first four are a suggested set for everyday HR work. You do not have to buy all four.
Employee, employment and document records with effective dates and history, plus onboarding and offboarding tasks you can track. Approved changes can be handed to payroll or whoever takes the next step.
Policies with clear versions and scope, plus publishing and acknowledgment records. Employee questions get answers with sources, and service requests have an owner, a due date and an outcome.
Approved leave and balance records, resolved attendance exceptions and a confirmed version of working hours. When something needs correcting, you get a list of differences to send to whoever runs payroll.
An analysis of which people or pay items drove cost changes, or a list of differences from a check within an agreed scope. Each report states what was checked and what was not.
A full cycle of goals, check-in feedback, reviews and sign-off, plus development actions and follow-up after feedback. Salary review and bonus cycles are optional add-ons.
Approved company content, a careers page and Q&A with sources. Interested candidates are sent to the application channel you choose.
We are preparing Packages 4 and 6. They are separate, and you do not need to buy them together.
With payroll data alone, we can start with a payroll cost analysis that shows which people or items drove the changes. With this period’s changes, working hours and rules, we can also check results within an agreed scope. Ellen reviews each report before delivery, and you confirm the findings and decide on any corrections.
We turn the company, culture and job content you approve into a careers page and Q&A. Answers cite their sources, and when the answer is not known, it says so. Candidates are sent to your chosen application channel, and hiring decisions stay with the people you authorize.
Both services are still being planned and prepared. They are not finished products.
The same service can be delivered in different ways. Each one starts with an agreed scope and a clear definition of done.
These services do not depend on the full platform and can be quoted separately. Each project starts with agreed data, scope, rounds of revision and acceptance criteria.
HR work touches people’s pay, performance and personal lives. AI works only within the access you grant, and every step can be traced back.
AI does not make final people decisions. Hiring, reviews, pay allocation and exception approvals are confirmed by the people you name.
Unless you authorize it separately, AI does not change pay, make payments or send anything on its own. Any extra action is added to the authorized scope item by item.
When an error is found, affected deliveries stop, the old version is marked invalid, a corrected version is delivered, and the correction is recorded.
Each task uses only the data it needs.
Orgaro is built around the full arc of working with people, from the first hire to the long run.
We are starting with HR work, because every company starts with people. Your official records can stay in your current systems while Orgaro organizes the work, hands it off and follows it through.
Ellen’s background is in HR and compensation. She is building Orgaro from Chiang Mai, Thailand, for small and medium-sized businesses across Asia: teams that need real HR operations but don’t have an HR department to run them.
